The BVHP PAC has reviewed the details and information submitted
by name of principal representatives making proposal and hereby
agrees to accept/adopt/endorse proposal by name of owner or
sponsor for the name of project project as proposed for site
address. The BVHP PAC agrees to forward the details of their
evaluation of this project to the San Francisco Board of Supervisors,
the San Francisco Planning Department, and to the San Francisco
Redevelopment Agency. A letter of endorsement will be prepared
by the PAC Chair and shall be forwarded to the project sponsor:

ACTION ITEM - Sample for Adopting/Endorsing
Proposal
The BVHP-PAC ("Selected Committee") has reviewed the details
and information submitted by name of principal representatives
making proposal and hereby agrees to accept/adopt/endorse proposal
by name of owner or sponsor for the name of project project
as proposed for site address. The committee agrees to forward
the proposal and resolution to remaining committees for concurrent
review and to the Executive Committee for consideration during
meeting of _________________. A letter of endorsement will be
prepared by the Committee chair and shall be forwarded to the
project sponsor, the Chair of the BVHP PAC, and the SFRA Project
Manager. |
